• No monthly subscription fees
• No setup costs

4.2 Payment Terms

• Commissions are calculated automatically on each transaction
• Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful code or malware

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Chomi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chomi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
